Due to the nature of our services (web development, digital marketing, hosting, etc.), refunds are not typically offered once work has commenced. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we strive to resolve any issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
02. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
The service has not been started.
A cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing.
Technical issues caused by our error that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
03. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Domain registration and renewal
Web hosting services (after setup)
SEO services once initiated
Custom development work already in progress
Digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed
04. Process for Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@indiawebsoftech.com with your order ID, project details, and reason for the refund. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and review your case carefully. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
05. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues. Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
