At India Web Softech Domain & Hosting Services, we offer complimentary domain registration services with certain website packages as part of promotional offers for our valued customers.

To maintain service integrity and pricing transparency, the following policy applies to all domain names registered as part of a free domain offer with a website purchase.

📌 Terms & Conditions:

1️⃣ Free Domain Validity:

Any domain name registered as a free inclusion with a website package is registered under the ownership of the customer but is managed and maintained through India Web Softech’s registrar panel.

2️⃣ Minimum Lock-in Period:

All free domains offered with a website package will remain with India Web Softech for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of registration.

During this period, the domain cannot be transferred to any other registrar or company (like GoDaddy, BigRock, Hostinger, etc.).

3️⃣ Transfer Request Process:

If the customer still wishes to transfer the domain before the 3-year lock-in period, a Domain Purchase Fee must be paid to India Web Softech as per the pricing table below.

Only after payment clearance, the domain transfer authorization code (EPP code) will be provided.

4️⃣ No Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for website packages or domains provided under promotional offers in case of domain transfer or cancellation request.

5️⃣ Domain Transfer Window:

Customers wishing to transfer their domain (after paying the applicable purchase fee and completing the lock-in period) must apply for the domain transfer at least one (1) month before the domain’s expiry date.

Domain transfer requests submitted within the last month of domain validity will not be processed to avoid service disruption or accidental expiry.
